Eventa Solutions Terms & Conditons
The terms & conditions mentioned here should be agreed by both parties prior to the event.
- Event Scheduling Details
All bookings will be remain professional until signed Terms & Conditions and a non-refundable deposit are received and accepted by Eventa Solutions. Provisional holds expire after the option date, typically 10 working days (Monday–Friday).
- Payment Failure
All rights are granted subject to full payment. EVENTA SOLUTIONS may suspend or terminate services, fully or partially, and claim dues if any Terms & Conditions, including payment terms, are not met.
- Additional Charges
Additional fees apply for last-minute written requests after confirmation for venue or ceremony setup. EVENTA SOLUTIONS and the client will negotiate in good faith to agree on a fair, reasonable charge.
- Change in the event
Event details cannot change without notifying EVENTA SOLUTIONS. Changes depend on availability; extra costs are client’s responsibility. If unavailable, EVENTA SOLUTIONS is released from obligations, and the deposit is forfeited.
- Permission
You authorize Eventa Solutions to use all event images and videos for advertising, promotion, and display across media, releasing all claims, without compensation, with perpetual, unrestricted usage rights worldwide.
- Loan Items
Eventa Solutions retains ownership of all loaned items. You assume full responsibility for loss or damage. Items must be returned in original condition for deposit refund. Damaged or lost items must be reimbursed within 7 days, failing which Eventa Solutions may forfeit the security deposit and recover applicable replacement costs.
- Company Authority:
At Eventa Solutions the safety of every person is what matters the most to us. The people who work for Eventa Solutions can make decisions quickly to keep all the guests. Even though these decisions are final the team at Eventa Solutions always thinks about what’s best for the event and the people who are participating in the event, at Eventa Solutions.
